What to Expect in 2026
2026 marks an exciting new chapter for the Orange Regional Conservatorium. With our new building on the horizon and an inspiring lineup of visiting artists, the year ahead will be defined by growth, connection, and bold storytelling through music.
Our 2026 Visiting Artist Series celebrates diverse and powerful stories. International artists such as Tenzin Choegyal and Estampa will bring influences from Tibetan, Swedish, French, and Latin American traditions, transforming their cultural histories into sound. Returning friends including Acacia Quartet and Aura Go will share the next chapter of their artistic journeys with us.
We also welcome innovative ensembles like Coexistence, who blur boundaries with curiosity and percussion, and Omega Ensemble, who will bring the exhilaration of new music premieres to our stage.
These artists will not only perform—they will teach, collaborate, question and inspire. Students and staff will engage directly with their experience and ideas, enriching Orange’s cultural landscape and carrying those stories forward.
None of this is possible without the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and community. Every student, audience member, donor and supporter helps shape the ORC’s evolving story.
2026 will be a year of expansion, creative risk, cultural exchange, and new beginnings. We look forward to welcoming you to the ORC, to the Visiting Artist Series, and soon, to our new home in Orange’s Cultural Precinct.
