As the Orange Regional Conservatorium prepares to open its new home within the Orange Cultural Precinct, the ORC Commissioning Project stands as one of the most ambitious artistic undertakings in the organisation’s history.

Composers from across regional and metropolitan Australia will collaborate with ORC ensembles, students and community musicians to create music written specifically for this moment in Orange’s cultural story.

This project is more than a celebration of a building. It is a dedication to Orange’s cultural ambition and identity.
