Masterpieces & Modern Marvels in Orange

 This November, Omega Ensemble brings a bespoke program to the Orange Regional Conservatorium.

The evening begins with Prokofiev’s Overture on Hebrew Themes, a lively and expressive chamber work written for a rare combination of clarinet, string quartet, and piano. Mozart’s Clarinet Quintet - a serene masterpiece often called the "pearl of chamber music"- follows with grace and luminosity.

Alongside these classic works is Holly Harrison’s Daredevil, a high-energy piece that celebrates the courage, boldness, and psychological extremes of adventure sports. Dynamic and thrilling, it explores the juxtaposition between the pure euphoria of risk-taking and the underlying danger that shadows it.

Together, these pieces invite audiences on an exhilarating journey through an unforgettable night of world-class chamber music.
