Join us for an evening with renowned Australian trumpeter Mark Bain.

After a week-long residency collaborating with ORC ensembles, Mark will present a captivating showcase performance, featuring ensemble pieces developed during the residency and a stunning solo performance by Mark himself.

ABOUT MARK

Mark Bain, Tutti Trumpet with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra since 2011, has performed with leading orchestras across Europe, the Middle East, and Australasia. His passion for music education has led him to teaching positions at the Australian National University, the University for Music and the Performing Arts in Frankfurt, and the University of Tasmania. In 2019, he founded 'Performance Under Pressure,' a coaching initiative aimed at helping musicians excel under the demands of live performance.
