ORC 2025 - 2031 Draft Strategic Directions
Dear ORC Community,
As many of you would know, the Orange Regional Conservatorium has entered another exciting phase in our development—a purpose-fit new building, expanded programs, more enrolments, and thanks to the generosity of the Orange community, a beautifully equipped new home.
To coincide with this new era, the ORC Management Committee and Staff have been anticipating and planning for our future success. To this end, in consultation with staff, the Management Committee has been reviewing our Strategic Directions document – our roadmap for the future.
We believe this draft document, ORC Strategic Directions 2025-2031, captures why we exist, where we want to go, and how we plan to get there, and is now ready for feedback. On behalf of the ORC Management Committee, I invite comments on the plan from our valued community. Your feedback can be provided via the accompanying form.
The comment form will be open for the next week or so, after which the document will be finalised for endorsement by the Management Committee at our last meeting at the end of February, prior to the AGM in March.
