The members of Chambermaids are all classically trained professional musicians who play regularly with Australia’s Symphony, Opera and Ballet Orchestras, as well as other chamber ensembles, musical theatre shows and international acts.

They have performed extensively in both Australia and internationally – in many different settings from Live to Air broadcasts for ABC Classic FM, to playing for Hillary Clinton and Queen Elizabeth II during their respective visits to the Sydney Opera House.

International tours have included Taiwan, Singapore, Brunei and Hong Kong where they have been able to introduce and showcase the music of Australian composers which included Peter Sculthorpe and Elena Kats-Chernin. Taking Australian music to regional Australia and the world has become an important aspect to their programming of concerts, along with great wind quintet classics and more popular arrangements.

In this special event, the Chambermaids will collaborate with small wind and brass ensembles of the ORC for a fresh Spring Serenade.
