About the Role and You

As a member of a growing, collegial and talented team of musicians and fellow guitarists, you will have scope to develop and grow your own teaching studio, work with district schools to grow and foster the love of music and guitar and also have the opportunity to perform in chamber music concerts with colleagues and visiting artists. You will also be encouraged to participate in regular professional development.

The position will require you to have one or more of the following: Bachelor of Musicand/or Music Education (desirable), formal Qualifications in Music and/or Music Education at least five years relevant music industry or practical experience. As a member of the ORC team you will be expected to have high level performance skills along with a willingness to prepare students for AMEB/Rockschool exams and a current Working With Children Check. A willingness to teach bass guitar would also be desirable.
